PASTURED RAISED PORK

We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs which are a crossbreed of Duroc, Old Berkshire, and KuneKune, year-round on Washington pasture, alfalfa, and grain. The pigs grow to the maturity of 10 months which is the desired size to go to the butcher.

You can purchase a feeder piglet to grow out yourself or you can have us do the work and grow out the pig for you for 10 months.

Our grow-out pigs reach an average of approximately 231 hanging weight.

Once our pigs reach the 10-month mark we have a mobile slaughter company come out and humanly slaughter them. The slaughter company transports the pigs in a refrigerated truck to Double T Meats in Eatonville, WA.

Double T Meats will then reach out to you, the customer to get your cut preferences. Once your pig has been cut and wrapped they will give you a call to pay and pick it up.

*Delivery is available upon special request once butcher is paid.
